Winfred Tumboh

Winfred is the Founder and Group Managing Director of Winglobal Group of Companies. She is a Human Resources Professional with 20 years Combined experience in Human Resources Management and Strategic Planning.

 She possesses extensive and vast knowledge in modern HR best practices as well as skills and competencies needed to transform Human Resources with regards to evolving organisation changes. She participates in offering Management Advisory services and solutions to fit the clients’ business needs across the Eastern Africa Region and beyond having implemented projects in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Somaliland, Zambia, Nigeria, South Sudan and Mozambique. 

Prior to that, she held several corporate HR leadership positions in Manufacturing, Food & Beverages and Professional services Organizations to include Magnate Ventures Ltd where she served for a period of 7 & half years as the Group Head of Human Resources.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management Option) from JKUAT, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (HR Option) from Moi University, a Higher National HRM Diploma in HR Management from IHRM and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya Institute of Management. She is an active member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) with an HR Practicing Licence

Jeniffer is a Kenyan married and living in the UK with her family.  She has previously worked with children and adults living with learning disabilities, Elderly Care with Dementia and Mental Health, Rehabilitation Institutes, Hospital experience particularly in Hospice Care, adults with challenging behaviours and complex care among others. Jennifer is Passionate about Caregiving and always pleasure for her to help our candidates gain confidence and enhance their careers through continued support.
